24/7 locksmiths · Melbourne metro

The door said no. We'll change its mind.

Keys on the wrong side, a snapped blade in the cylinder, a lock you stopped trusting last night. Tell a real person what happened — a licensed locksmith takes it from there.

  • ✓ Human on the line, not a menu
  • ✓ Non-destructive entry first
  • ✓ Licensed & insured

01 — Triage

So… what just happened?

Tap the one that sounds like your night. You'll see what to do in the next two minutes, and what we'll do when we arrive.

Right now

  1. Check every door and window you could safely reach. No ladders, no balconies.
  2. Kids, pets or a stove on inside? Say so first when you call — it moves you up the queue.
  3. Find a spot with light and signal. Stay warm.

When we arrive

We look at the lock before we touch it, tell you what it needs, then pick or bypass it. Drilling is the last resort and you'll hear about it before it happens.

02 — Inside the lock

Five pins.
One shear line.
Zero drama.

Most front doors run on a pin tumbler. Line every pin up at the right height and the plug turns — no drill, no splinters, no new door. That's where we always start.

  1. Listen. A real person asks what happened, where you are, and what's on the other side of the door.
  2. Read the lock. Brand, grade, condition. You hear the plan before any tool comes out.
  3. Open it clean. Picking and bypass first. Drilling only if nothing else works — and only with your OK.
  4. Leave it better. Tested, lubed, and if it's tired, honest advice about it.

What the lock needs and why, before a tool touches it.

Non-destructive entry is the default, not the upsell.

    No mystery fees.

After-hours work is explained, not hidden in the invoice.

06 — Fair questions

Asked at the door, answered here.

Still curious? admin@intalockfix.com

Will you damage my door?

We start with non-destructive methods — picking and bypass — because they're cleaner for you. If a lock genuinely needs drilling, you'll hear why and agree to it first.

How much will it cost?

It depends on the lock, the time and what it needs. Tell us what happened on the phone and we'll explain how the job is priced before anyone starts work. No surprise extras.

Do you really answer at night?

Yes. Nights, weekends and public holidays, the line is answered by a person.

How do I know the locksmith is legit?

Our technicians are licensed, insured and uniformed. Ask to see ID on arrival — a good locksmith expects it. We may also ask you for proof you live there or own the car; that protects you too.

Can you make a key if I've lost all of them?

For most homes, yes — we can open, rekey and cut new keys. For many cars, we can cut and program a replacement. Have your make, model and year ready.

Do you work with landlords and businesses?

Absolutely. Tenant changeovers, master key systems, shopfronts and offices. Email us for scheduled work.
